    3. Make sure the decision is correct

    Most people receive their CSN decision within a week, but it can sometimes take longer. One you receive your decision, make sure the information is correct.

    4. Notify us of the account you want the money deposited to

    In order for the money to be deposited into your account, you need to inform us of which bank you use and your account number. Swedbank administers CSN payments, so submit your application to their account register.

    5. Register for your courses and submit a study assurance document once your studies start

    In order for you to start receiving payments, you need to do two things:

    1. Register for the courses you are taking. This is done at your school. The school will then notify CSN that you have begun your studies.
    2. Submit a study assurance document to CSN. This is like giving the OK that the information in the decision matches your study plans. You can submit your study assurance on My Pages when you begin studying.

    Om e-legitimation

    Med en e-legitiomation eller någon annan e-legitimation kan du skriva under din ansökan och skicka med eventuella bilagor direkt på webben. Det innebär att du kan få ditt beslut snabbare. I dagsläget stödjer CSN BankID och Freja+.

    Ibland ringer CSN upp kunder för att vi behöver uppgifter till ett pågående ärende. CSN frågar aldrig kunder efter inloggningsuppgifter. För att skydda dig mot att obehöriga loggar in på din profil på "Mina sidor" ska du alltid vara uppmärksam och försiktig med hur du hanterar dina inloggningsuppgifter. Tänk på att

    • inte logga in med din e-legitimation när någon du inte känner eller litar på uppmanar dig till det.
    • Blir du uppringd eller får sms av någon som uppger sig för att ringa från eller på uppdrag från CSN ska du inte lämna ut dina uppgifter som personlig lösenord eller personligt lösenord, personlig kod till din e-legitimation eller till din bankdosa.
